Our Gluten Free Qorma Masala is all you need to create delicious Qorma at home!
Recipe to make Qorma:
Ingredient | Quantity | Unit |
Chicken | 1 | KG |
Medium Onions | 3/4 | Pieces |
Garlic Paste | 1 | Tablespoon |
Ginger Paste | 1 | Teaspoon |
Oil/Ghee | 150-200 | Grams |
Green chilli Paste | 1 | Teaspoon |
HMC Qorma Masala | 50 | Grams |
Yoghurt | 250-300 | Grams |
Water | 100 | Grams |
Preparation & Cooking Instructions:
- Take a pan & fry the sliced onions. Once done, take them out on a butter paper and wait for them to be crunchy.
- Then in the same oil, add the chicken and fry for 4-5 minutes.
- Also add ginger, garlic, and green chilli paste to the pan.
- Once done, add HMC Qorma Masala and cook again for 3-5 minutes.
- Then add yoghurt and let it simmer for 15-20 minutes until the oil starts separating.
- Then crush the fried onions with hand and add to the pot.
- Add water and let it cook. Once its ready, garnish with almonds, green chillies, and ginger! 🥘
