We understand the challenges faced by Celiac patients today, particularly in a country like Pakistan where unlike abroad, few brands cater to such a specific market. Furthermore, these products are usually exorbitantly priced due to high import duties among other reasons. To solve this, Homemade Cuisine has set out to provide gluten free food in Pakistan at reasonable prices catered to our traditions.
All potential ingredients are inspected to make sure they are gluten free and only then are they approved for use in our products. This involves a stringent process where the manufacturer's facility, certificates of analysis for raw material, and other parameters such as market reputation are evaluated. To prevent any cross contamination, we process all gluten free foods in our state-of-the-art ISO 22000 certified Gluten Free Factory and dedicated gluten free kitchens available at our branches.
