No Knead, No Rise Pizza Crust

Ingredients

  • 11 grams instant yeast
  • ¾ cup lukewarm water
  • 1.5 tbsp caster sugar
  • 2 cups Homemade Cuisine's All Purpose Baking Flour
  • 1 whole egg
  • 1.5 tspn salt
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 1 tspn apple cider vinegar
  • ¼ tspn guar gum

Instructions

  • Mix the first 3 ingredients(yeast, lukewarm water, and caster sugar) and let the mixture sit for 5 minutes.
  • Preheat oven at 190°C
  • Line a 12-14 inch non-stick pizza pan with parchment paper.
  • Take a bowl and using an electric mixer, mix 2 cups of Homemade Cuisine's All Purpose Baking Flour, 1 egg, 1 1/2 tsp salt, 3 tbsp oil, 1tsp apple cider vinegar, 1/4 tsp xanthan gum plus yeast mix.
  • Transfer the dough to the pan and spread with oiled fingers.
  • Bake for 10 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and spread sauce, toppings and shredded mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake for another 8-10 minutes.
