No Knead, No Rise Pizza Crust

- 11 grams instant yeast
- ¾ cup lukewarm water
- 1.5 tbsp caster sugar
- 2 cups Homemade Cuisine's All Purpose Baking Flour
- 1 whole egg
- 1.5 tspn salt
- 3 tbsp oil
- 1 tspn apple cider vinegar
- ¼ tspn guar gum
Mix the first 3 ingredients(yeast, lukewarm water, and caster sugar) and let the mixture sit for 5 minutes.
Preheat oven at 190°C
Line a 12-14 inch non-stick pizza pan with parchment paper.
Take a bowl and using an electric mixer, mix 2 cups of Homemade Cuisine's All Purpose Baking Flour, 1 egg, 1 1/2 tsp salt, 3 tbsp oil, 1tsp apple cider vinegar, 1/4 tsp xanthan gum plus yeast mix.
Transfer the dough to the pan and spread with oiled fingers.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Remove from the oven and spread sauce, toppings and shredded mozzarella cheese.
Bake for another 8-10 minutes.
