Gluten Free Roti Recipe
Prepare the traditional Pakistani Rotis/Chappaties using our All Purpose Baking Flour! This recipe is for making a pack of 5 Rotis.

of Homemade Cuisine's All Purpose Baking Flour

of salt

Water as required
Instructions
Add the flour in a bowl
Add salt and oil in the above mentioned quantities
Add water as required according to the needed viscosity
Mix the above blend using your hands to form a circular shaped dough
Leave the dough to rest for 5-7 minutes
Roll parts of the dough separately for each Roti/Chappati in the desired shape
Once done, put the rolled Roti/Chappati on a lit stove and wait a few minutes for it to be cooked!
