Take a pizza/bread pan and grease it with oil.
On the other hand, take 150g of HMC Bread Flour, 1.5g salt, 1/2 tablespoon sugar, 2 teaspoons oil, 1 teaspoon yeast and 100g water. Then knead and spread in the pan.
Puncture the dough by pressing your fingers and add tomatoes, olives, and jalapeno.
Then leave the dough to proof for 25 minutes.
Sprinkle rosemary/basil leaves on the bread and bake! Basil may turn the bread a bit bitter so rosemary is preferred.
You can also drizzle with olive oil before baking.
