Take a bowl and add 200g of water, 1⁄2 tsp salt, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tspyeast, 1⁄2 tsp vinegar & 3.5 tsp oil.
Whisk the mixture properly, add an egg white and then whisk once again.
Slowly add 260g of Bread Flour in the bowl to form a smoothdough.
Then add 2 tsp of oil and fold the dough with a spatula adding itin a bread shaped tin.
Once added, leave it for 15-20 minutes under a cling film for it to proof.
Once proofed, bake in an oven preheated at 250*C for 25 minutes.
Ta-daaa, your bread should be ready!
