Use our Gluten Free Tikka Masala to make juicy and delicious Chicken Tikka at home!
Recipe for 1 KG Chicken Tikka using HMC Tikka Masala:

Chicken | 1 | KG |
Yoghurt | 200 | Grams |
Lemon Juice | 2 | tablespoon |
Oil | 2 | tablespoon |
Tikka Masala | 50 | Grams |
Ginger Paste | 1 | teaspoon |
Garlic Paste | 1 | teaspoon |
Green Chilli Paste | 1 | tablespoon |
Preparation Instructions:
- In a large bowl; mix the yoghurt, lemon juice, HMC Tikka Masala, ginger paste, garlic paste, green chilli paste, and oil to make the Marinade.
- Coat the chicken thoroughly with this marinade ensuring it gets into the slits.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or preferably overnight for the best flavour.
Cooking Instructions:
- Preheat the oven at 250*C, line a baking tray with butter-paper & place marinated chicken in it.
- Bake for 35-40 mins.
- Once cooked, remove from the oven and brush it with oil.
- Serve hot & enjoy!
