Recipe to make Seekh Kabab:

Chicken Mince | 1 | KG |
HMC Seekh Kabab Masala | 120 | Grams |
Drained Onions Chopped | 3-4 | Pieces |
Ginger | 100 | Grams |
Garlic | 50 | Grams |
Green Chilli | 100 | Grams |
Ghee/Butter | 2-3 | Tablespoon |
Preparation & Cooking Instructions:
- Take a large bowl – add chicken mince, HMC Seekh Kabab Masala, onions, green chillies, ginger, and garlic. Mix well.
- Add ghee/butter to the mixture and mix again.
- Make round balls and put them around the skewers.
- Barbecue the skewers on a grill turning them to ensure the Kababs are evenly cooked.
