Use our Gluten Free Karahi Gosht Masala to make juicy and delicious Chicken/Mutton Karahi at home!
Recipe for Karahi Gosht:
Ingredient | Quantity | Unit |
Green Onion | 1 | Pieces |
Ginger | 1/2 | Teaspoon |
Garlic Bulb | 1 | Teaspoon |
Green Chilli | 1 | Tablespoon |
HMC Karahi Gosht Masala | 50 | Grams |
Mutton | 1 | KG |
Onion medium slices | 2-3 | Pieces |
Chopped Tomatoes | 6-7 | Pieces |
Oil/Ghee | 200 | Grams |
Preparation & Cooking Instructions:
- Take a pressure cooker and add mutton, 1-2 glass of water, onion slices, garlic and let it cook until it is soft for 5-10 minutes.
- Take a wok/karhai and add oil, green onion, ginger, garlic paste, green chillies, and let it fry.
- Strain the mutton, add it in the gravy present in the Karhai and fry until slight brown.
- Then add the spices/masala left in the pressure cooker (onion, garlic, etc).
- Then add HMC Karahi Gosht Masala & tomatoes to the gravy and mix.
- Once done, cover the pot and let it simmer for 10-15 minutes.
- Your Karahi Gosht is now ready to serve with delicious naan and chappatis! 🥘
