Recipe for Gluten Free Haleem using HMC Gluten Free Haleem Masala:

Oil | 1 | Cup |
Boneless Meat | 400 | Grams |
HMC Haleem Masala | 60 | Grams |
Maash Dal | 100 | Grams |
Masoor Dal | 50 | Grams |
Moong Dal | 50 | Grams |
Channa Dal | 100 | Grams |
Rice | 100 | Grams |
Preparation & Cooking Directions:
- Heat oil/ghee in a cooking pot, then add the meat & HMC Haleem Masala into it.
- Stir fry for a few minutes, then add 1.5-2 liters of water, lentils, and rice (for thickness).
- Cover & simmer on low heat until meat is tender, stir occasionally.
- Coarsely grind the curry with a wooden spoon and let it cook on low heat for 1-2 hours.
- Heat the oil and fry onions till golden brown.
- Pour the oil into the Haleem.
- Garnish with fried onions, green chillies, ginger and HMC Chaat Masala.
- Your Shahi Haleem is ready!
