Recipe for 1 KG Tandoori Chicken using HMC Tandoori Masala:

Green Chilli Paste1tablespoon

Preparation Instructions:

  • In a large bowl; mix the yoghurt, lemon juice, HMC Tandoori Masala, ginger paste, garlic paste, green chilli paste, and oil to make the Marinade.
  • Coat the chicken thoroughly with this marinade ensuring it gets into the slits.
  • Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at 3-4 hours or preferably overnight for the best flavor.

Cooking Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven at 250*C, line a baking tray with butter-paper & place marinated chicken in it.
  • Bake for 35-40 mins.
  • Once cooked, remove from the oven and brush it with oil.
  • Serve hot & enjoy!
