Winters & Fish – a match of heaven! Enjoy this combo with our new & delicious gluten free fish masala made to give you the perfect juicy taste.
Use 25g of our fish masala for every 1 kg of fish:
- Take 3-4 lemons and squeeze for juice
- Take 4-5 green chillies and form a paste
- Then add 25g of HMC Fish Masala to the above lemon juice & green chilli paste
- Marinate the fish with the combined seasoning and put aside for 2-3 hours in the fridge
- Your fish is ready to be fried!
We make & pack all spices in our dedicated gluten free facilities to ensure their is no cross-contamination.
