Biryani Recipe using HMC Biryani Masala:

Yoghurt | 100 | Grams |

Whole Garam Masala | 5-10 | Grams |
Yellow Food Color | Few | Grams |

- Preparation & Cooking Instructions:
- Take a pan adding oil, and sliced onions, then stir fry.
- Then add chicken, ginger, garlic, and green chillies letting them cook until the chicken is golden brown.
- Then add 50g of HMC Biryani Masala with yoghurt and let it cook for 5-7 minutes.
- Then add freshly finely chopped tomatoes and let it cook for 15-20 minutes until the gravy is ready.
- Separately soak white basmati rice for 30 minutes. Once done, take a pan and add the rice along with 5-10g of whole garam masala (2 clove, 2 broken cinnamon sticks, 2 elaichi/cardamom, 2 black pepper).
- Once done, boil until the rice are 75% ready (slightly hard).
- Take a large pot, add a first layer of gravy, then add rice on top of it and then again add a 2nd layer of gravy and rice.
- Then add two shades of food color – one consisting of only the yellow food color and the second one consisting of the food color mixed with milk.
- Now let it cook in steam for 5-7 minutes. Your Biryani is ready!
