Ingredients: Rice Flour, Potato Starch, Maize Starch, Lentil Flour, Thickener: Guar Gum (E412)

Note: tapioca starch is no longer an ingredient of this flour, it is listed on the product packaging due to an old packaging print still in use, we expect the new packaging to phase-in by August 2025.

Note: Kindly sift the flour before usage and store in a dry place.  All grain products naturally contain microscopic insect eggs. It’s simply not possible, even in the cleanest, most sanitary processing facilities, to eliminate them all. So if you have flour or cereal or another grain product that goes unused for a while, eventually the eggs will hatch into larvae, therefore, it is best that you sift the flour ensuring clean usage. We do our best at ensuring safe and hygienic production but with certain products, safe usage & storage is equally important.
