Usage instructions: Kindly sift this gluten free suji/sooji before usage and store in a dry place.  All grain products naturally contain microscopic insect eggs. It’s simply not possible, even in the cleanest, most sanitary processing facilities, to eliminate them all. So if you have flour or cereal or another grain product that goes unused for a while, eventually the eggs will hatch into larvae, therefore, it is best that you sift the flour ensuring clean usage. We do our best at ensuring safe and hygienic production but with certain products, safe usage & storage is equally important.
