Gluten Free Vanilla Peanut Cookies Recipe

Vanilla & Peanut Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 and a Half Cup of Homemade Cuisine's All Purpose Baking Flour
  • ½ Cup Melted Butter
  • ¾ Cup Sugar
  • ½ tbsp Baking Powder
  • 1 Pinch Baking Soda
  • 1 Pinch Salt
  • 1 Egg

Instructions

  • Put 1 and a Half tbsp Rafhan vanilla custard powder in one half of the dough.
  • Coarsely crush peanuts in the other half of the dough.
  • Beat butter and sugar together until fluffy.
  • Then add an egg and beat again.
  • Add dry ingredients and knead to make a dough.
  • If the dough doesn't form well, add a little more flour and if it gets very thick, then add a few drops of lukewarm milk.
  • Give them shape and bake at 180 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes.
