Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp Homemade Cuisine's All Purpose Baking Flour
  • 1 pinch baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp yeast
  • 1.5 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • hot water
  • shawarma sauces You can make these according to your own preferences, we used a mixture of garlic, salt, green chilli & vinegar by grinding them.
  • white sauce Take 2 tbsp of yogurt, 2 tbsp of mayonnaise & grinded garlic, then mix them.
  • boneless chicken

Instructions

  • Mix the above-mentioned ingredients until hot water(baking flour, baking soda, yeast, oil, sugar, hot water) according to the quantities specified.
  • Knead them once mixed.
  • Let it rest for 2 hours and then your pita bread will be ready.
  • Then prepare shawarma sauces and white sauce according to your personal preferences. You can also use readymade ones.
  • Once done, take boneless chicken and put it in a saucepan.
  • Add lemon juice , tikka masala, salt, pepper, a little oil on top of the chicken and fry it.
  • Once your chicken is ready, start assembling your gluten free shawarma according to your own choice or following the next step.
  • Add red chutney first and then mayonnaise along with chicken. Then add salad and wrap the pita bread. Tada! Your Shawarma is ready.
