Gluten Free Shawarma
Prepare this delicious middle eastern cuisine from scratch using Homemade Cuisine's All Purpose Baking Flour.
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp Homemade Cuisine's All Purpose Baking Flour
- 1 pinch baking soda
- 1/2 tsp yeast
- 1.5 tbsp oil
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- hot water
- shawarma sauces You can make these according to your own preferences, we used a mixture of garlic, salt, green chilli & vinegar by grinding them.
- white sauce Take 2 tbsp of yogurt, 2 tbsp of mayonnaise & grinded garlic, then mix them.
- boneless chicken
Instructions
- Mix the above-mentioned ingredients until hot water(baking flour, baking soda, yeast, oil, sugar, hot water) according to the quantities specified.
- Knead them once mixed.
- Let it rest for 2 hours and then your pita bread will be ready.
- Then prepare shawarma sauces and white sauce according to your personal preferences. You can also use readymade ones.
- Once done, take boneless chicken and put it in a saucepan.
- Add lemon juice , tikka masala, salt, pepper, a little oil on top of the chicken and fry it.
- Once your chicken is ready, start assembling your gluten free shawarma according to your own choice or following the next step.
- Add red chutney first and then mayonnaise along with chicken. Then add salad and wrap the pita bread. Tada! Your Shawarma is ready.
