Gluten Free Roti Recipe

Prepare the traditional Pakistani Rotis/Chappaties using our All Purpose Baking Flour! This recipe is for making a pack of 5 Rotis.

Ingredients

  • 200 grams of Homemade Cuisine's All Purpose Baking Flour
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • Water as required

Instructions

  • Add the flour in a bowl
  • Add salt and oil in the above mentioned quantities
  • Add water as required according to the needed viscosity
  • Mix the above blend using your hands to form a circular shaped dough
  • Leave the dough to rest for 5-7 minutes
  • Roll parts of the dough separately for each Roti/Chappati in the desired shape
  • Once done, put the rolled Roti/Chappati on a lit stove and wait a few minutes for it to be cooked!
