Gluten Free Focaccia Bread Recipe

Ingredients

  • 150 g HMC GF Bread Flour
  • 1.5 g salt
  • 1/2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp yeast
  • 100 g water

Instructions

  • Take a pizza/bread pan and grease it with oil.
  • On the other hand, take 150g of HMC Bread Flour, 1.5g salt, 1/2 tablespoon sugar, 2 teaspoons oil, 1 teaspoon yeast and 100g water. Then knead and spread in the pan.
  • Puncture the dough by pressing your fingers and add tomatoes, olives, and jalapeno.
  • Then leave the dough to proof for 25 minutes.
  • Sprinkle rosemary/basil leaves on the bread and bake! Basil may turn the bread a bit bitter so rosemary is preferred.
  • You can also drizzle with olive oil before baking.
