Gluten Free Focaccia Bread Recipe
Ingredients
- 150 g HMC GF Bread Flour
- 1.5 g salt
- 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp yeast
- 100 g water
Instructions
- Take a pizza/bread pan and grease it with oil.
- On the other hand, take 150g of HMC Bread Flour, 1.5g salt, 1/2 tablespoon sugar, 2 teaspoons oil, 1 teaspoon yeast and 100g water. Then knead and spread in the pan.
- Puncture the dough by pressing your fingers and add tomatoes, olives, and jalapeno.
- Then leave the dough to proof for 25 minutes.
- Sprinkle rosemary/basil leaves on the bread and bake! Basil may turn the bread a bit bitter so rosemary is preferred.
- You can also drizzle with olive oil before baking.
