About us
How did we start?
In 2007, we as a family moved back from the States starting a new life in Lahore, Pakistan. Out of both passion and need, my mother started preparing food items and selling them to school canteens, neighbours, and so on. This continued for a long time with her baking prowess bringing her returning clients every time.With this encouragement, finally, In July 2015, we opened our first outlet located on Mohlanwal Road in Lahore
which provided fast food primarily along with bakery products. Initially, we offered only regular products and this was the plan until things soon took a turn.
A doctor that had done her research with the Pakistan Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (PCSIR) had developed a new gluten free flour which she wanted us to test by making certain items for her patients such as biscuits and cake rusk. Remember how I told you something about my mother's baking prowess? It had now translated to a team working professionally and so were were upto the job! We made Gluten Free Biscuits and Cake Rusk for the first time to test the flour and subsequently starting making them regularly exclusively for the doctor's patients in a hospital in Lahore.
However, fate had it, we grew in awareness alongside and then converted our kitchen to entirely gluten free so two things were happening at a time - we had a dedicated gluten free kitchen + a regular fast food joint which stocked our gluten free items in packed form but made normal fast food nonetheless.
Then one day, overwhelmed by the gracious response of our customers and the need present in the market , we decided to convert the entire outlet into a gluten free operation at the start of 2020 in order to cater to our rising customer base. What did this signify? To put it frankly, you had Pakistan's first exclusively Gluten Free outlet right here!Alongside this we also started our venture into the gluten free retail market with one single product - the traditional Cake Rusk. These were launched at EsaJee's in Lahore in the mid of 2019.
Not long after in, we then took another giant leap! We closed down our previous outlet and relocated to a bigger space opposite Emporium Mall in Johar Town, Lahore which meant we were now a dedicated gluten free cafe also offering dine-in for our customers! (and it sure does feel good when a 10-year old is enjoying their meal in bliss)
Now, we
have customers from all
over Pakistan who order
our gluten free products
and in order to make it
both easier for them and
us, we are also supplying selected
products of ours into premium stores across the country.
Additionally, our manufacturing facility is ISO 22000 certified from a United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS) accredited certification body and is registered with the U.S Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to show that we are committed to meeting international standards. We have also established a state-of-the-art microbiological laboratory in 2024 where all products, raw material, and the environment itself is analyzed to check for any microbial contamination ensuring the production of safe food.
Finally, aligned with our customer's expectations, we prepare all gluten free products in dedicated facility to guard against cross contamination (and we always promise to do so!)
To strengthen this promise, we not only have tested various products from third party labs for gluten analysis but also conduct in-house tests occasionally using AOAC approved rapid test kits. For the future, we hope to be able to increase this testing frequency to ensure even better standards.

Samera A Asif
A talented cook by nature, Miss Samera as our Founder & CEO is the pioneer behind all that we stand for today. She begin preparing baked goods more than a decade ago from her kitchen supplying them to both customers within the local community and school canteens. Slowly, as the brand progressed, she now spends her time overseeing operations along with engaging in product development of certain categories like Gluten Free Flours.

Sudais Asif
Working alongside his mother from childhood, Sudais as the Managing Director is responsible for managing the tech, marketing, and regulatory side of the business primarily along with steering operations as well. Some of his work includes acting as the Food Safety Head (FSSC 22000 & HACCP L4 certified), and ensuring continuous developments in product innovation, product packaging, key business development contracts, web development & designing in addition to everything marketing.

Abdullah Asif
Managing a school life alongside, Abdullah as our Managing Director has been overseeing the marketing, and operational side of the business primarily along with assisting in other departments as well.His work includes supervision of operations, business development efforts, and marketing outreach.
