Gluten Free Roti Recipe
Prepare the traditional Pakistani Rotis/Chappaties using our All Purpose Baking Flour! This recipe is for making a pack of 5 Rotis.

Ingredients
- 200 grams of Homemade Cuisine's All Purpose Baking Flour
- A pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp oil
- Water as required
Instructions
- Add the flour in a bowl
- Add salt and oil in the above mentioned quantities
- Add water as required according to the needed viscosity
- Mix the above blend using your hands to form a circular shaped dough
- Leave the dough to rest for 5-7 minutes
- Roll parts of the dough separately for each Roti/Chappati in the desired shape
- Once done, put the rolled Roti/Chappati on a lit stove and wait a few minutes for it to be cooked!
