No Knead, No Rise Pizza Crust

Ingredients
- 11 grams instant yeast
- ¾ cup lukewarm water
- 1.5 tbsp caster sugar
- 2 cups Homemade Cuisine's All Purpose Baking Flour
- 1 whole egg
- 1.5 tspn salt
- 3 tbsp oil
- 1 tspn apple cider vinegar
- ¼ tspn guar gum
Instructions
- Mix the first 3 ingredients(yeast, lukewarm water, and caster sugar) and let the mixture sit for 5 minutes.
- Preheat oven at 190°C
- Line a 12-14 inch non-stick pizza pan with parchment paper.
- Take a bowl and using an electric mixer, mix 2 cups of Homemade Cuisine's All Purpose Baking Flour, 1 egg, 1 1/2 tsp salt, 3 tbsp oil, 1tsp apple cider vinegar, 1/4 tsp xanthan gum plus yeast mix.
- Transfer the dough to the pan and spread with oiled fingers.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and spread sauce, toppings and shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for another 8-10 minutes.
