Vanilla & Peanut Cookies

Ingredients
- 1 and a Half Cup of Homemade Cuisine's All Purpose Baking Flour
- ½ Cup Melted Butter
- ¾ Cup Sugar
- ½ tbsp Baking Powder
- 1 Pinch Baking Soda
- 1 Pinch Salt
- 1 Egg
Instructions
- Put 1 and a Half tbsp Rafhan vanilla custard powder in one half of the dough.
- Coarsely crush peanuts in the other half of the dough.
- Beat butter and sugar together until fluffy.
- Then add an egg and beat again.
- Add dry ingredients and knead to make a dough.
- If the dough doesn't form well, add a little more flour and if it gets very thick, then add a few drops of lukewarm milk.
- Give them shape and bake at 180 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes.
